![]() ![]() The way it is, I have found that it is very important to try and get the file name right the first time or risk loosing references. ![]() Getting into projects with 1000's of individual cross referenced file names, pack and go is useless and risky for large referenced files, and general design assistant renaming becomes risky also. It would be good if design assistant could somehow list files from the root workspace folder. idw file elsewhere, you will totally loose the reference in that second. idw in design assistant and change the file name of a nested referenced. It is very easy to create stray files when creating skeletal models, reference sketches and files, numerous drawings, content center parts, reference sketches and it becomes very complex to get your head around the web of references. I'm only a single user and don't want to perform the extra work of checking files in and out of vault in order to be able to purge stray files + I'm not sure how well it will work? I have the same problem with stray files creating problems especially when doing large structural steel assemblies. ![]()
